Clients are strongly advised to maintain backup copies of their original documents at all times.
Our responsibility is limited solely to the editing, formatting, or research work as defined within your project scope. The ideas, opinions, and conclusions expressed in any client-submitted material remain the property and sole responsibility of the author.
In any case, the maximum financial liability of Core Research Hub shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the respective service or project.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts where Core Research Hub operates.

It is the client's duty to provide accurate, up-to-date, and accessible project materials—including formatting guidelines or journal instructions when applicable. If links provided are inactive, inaccessible, or in a language other than English, Core Research Hub may proceed using standard formatting practices or request further clarification.
Acceptance of a quotation via email or payment confirmation constitutes a formal order and agreement to pay the stated amount.
We take great care to deliver your documents within the agreed timeline. If you do not receive your completed files by the promised deadline, please contact us immediately and check your spam or junk folders before raising a concern.
To ensure document clarity, we may change the delivery format (for example, from PDF to Word) if the original file structure prevents accurate editing or readability.
By uploading or submitting any files to Core Research Hub, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your documents strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your service order or improving our operational processes.
Your materials remain your intellectual property. Core Research Hub and its editors make no claim of ownership over your content. All editors and staff are bound by confidentiality agreements to protect your work and identity.
